Finding your Inner Artist to Create Stunning Artworks!
Finding Your Inner Artist – let’s help you Develop your Creativity & Expression
Endless fun, enjoyment and rewards from sketching, painting and experimentation with any material to create stunning works of art
I’ve created artistic paintings that developed from simple sketchy ideas and memories. We can use canvas, paper and boards or nearly any other reasonably flat material surface.
Let me help you to create exciting works of art too.
Welcome! Finding your inner artist needs a number of things such as time, effort as well as trial and error. This means that it’s important to try ideas out in ways you’ve always wanted to. Let’s dare to make a mess and experiment. Try painting with watercolours, acrylics and other mediums using lines, patterns, colours, textures and materials, for instance.
Finding your inner artist helps Build Artistic Creativity and Expression.
If you have read this far then you must be interested in finding your inner artist. Why not come and explore your sketching, painting and creative multi-media talents with me? I’ve recently renewed my artistic interests in photography, sketching and painting after a gap of many years. This is because I really love being creative and arty things.
I’m interested in all styles of Drawing, Painting and Multi-Media styles, so let’s share our projects. That way, we can learn and improve our skills. This means that we will develop our painting knowledge, techniques and styles together. Our successful pictures and artistic creations will be admired and applauded, however, we will politely critique and learn from those that didn’t work as well as we would have liked. I believe that there is no such thing as a failure, just a learning curve!
Join me on this journey to enjoy trying out your own different concepts and ideas. We will however, need to have paper, canvas, cloth or any other suitable materials to use. We will form sketches, paintings, cards, covers and objects that will develop out of sporadic ideas and concepts on the way.
One idea often leads to something totally new that we may never have considered and this in turn sparks another idea. Every thought of a new design is worth trying to sketch, paint or create. Sometimes, you may decide to try out making three dimensional designs or digital creations, for instance, so that they excite and generate different emotions and interests.
Making Art Using Photography and Digital Software
I take lots of photographs while I’m out and about to record views and things of interest. This means that I can use these images to work into paintings. Interestingly, adding elements of graphic design to pictures can also form a part of the recording and expression of digital formats. By using software, it allows me to manipulate the images and make unusual scenes. I know of other people that blend digital photographs with other mediums and these can also make very interesting works of art.
Art. What is it?
The idea of “Art” covers so many different types of subject matter. Extensive use of materials, location, shape, form, styles and appreciation. From ancient stone carvings and rock wall or cave hand paintings through to an almost blank canvas.
The need for expressing ideas and recording important events has been essential to every civilisation throughout history.
This site is strictly non-political. I’m offering thoughts, ideas, experiences, suggestions, advice, scenery images and life experiences that I feel passionate to share.
There will be products that I recommend that have links to suppliers from whom I receive a commission. These help pay for the maintenance and operation of this website and I would ask for your support.
